[dropcap]S[/dropcap]tewart Anderson and Suzanne Wilson the owners have between them been in the hospitality industry probably longer than they would like to admit to, so you can be sure of a warm welcome, professional service and some good, wholesome, locally sourced food.

Stewart has been a chef for 40 years and his experience ranges from the Scottish Borders to the Channel Islands and from Faro (Portugal) to Santa Barbara (California).  With his love of fishing, fish and shellfish also feature highly on his menus along with local sustainably sourced other ingredients from our fabulous location here in the Scottish Highlands.

Suzanne worked in her father’s hotel from a young age and has dedicated her working life to ‘the trade’.  With her extensive catering experience working with Stewart for the past few years has proved to be a successful partnership and one that diners enjoyed in their years together at the local golf club.  Now having the opportunity to open their own restaurant in Grantown on Spey, it means this partnership can continue to grow with Suzanne front of house ensuring you have everything you need be it a cup of coffee and a slice of home made cake through to a light lunch and a hearty home cooked dinner.
